Introduction

"High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) Aluminium Separator (Al-Sep) filters are used as final filters to collect most penetrating particles sizes in the air filtration systems, air handling units of non-directional cleanrooms and final filters to protect the terminal modules in directional cleanrooms.

These filters are constructed with galvanized stainless steel, aluminum, or wood frame with media pleated back and forth over safe edge aluminum to optimize performance. Polyurethane sealant is applied throughout all filter to prevent any possible leakages.

These specially designed filters allow system to control laminar air flow under high humidity. Hemmed edges on the aluminum reduce possible pleat damage. Low initial pressure media lengthen the life of filters and filters meet UL class 900 fire code."
